Kelly has been a 300-hour registered yoga teacher for more than a decade, teaching asana, meditation, and breathing techniques in local yoga studios, corporations and small businesses, and at Lafayette College.

Her most recent training in LifeForce Yoga, or yoga for mood management, has helped her incorporate evidence-based yogic tools designed to energize and elevate depressed moods, relax and calm anxiety, and bring balance to the emotional body. Kelly is owner of Bija Initiative, a small business that brings yoga and meditation into the workplace. She is also a writer and public relations professional with a background in health, education, and donor relations
