Ms. Nolt’s career in competitive figure skating, performance, and coaching spans four decades. She is a national coach and choreographer, a USFS Gold Medalist in pair skating, a two-time Adult National medalist, World Professional Pair Silver Medalist, and a former principal and line performer with Ice Capades and other skating companies. Ms. Nolt is a rated coach with the Professional Skaters Association and has completed the master level of the Sports Science and Medicine exams through the PSA.
As a competitive figure skater, Ms. Nolt trained under some of the world’s most renowned coaches, including Ron Ludington and Arthur Bourque. Her background also includes extensive study in music theory, piano, and ballet, as well as years of work in radio and television news. She is a graduate of Albright College with a degree in English-Communications. Ms. Nolt teaches on-ice classes in Performance and Technique, as well as off-ice courses in Nutrition, Conditioning, Senior Seminar, and Music, Musicality, & Movement.
