SUMMARY:Health & Safety Plan Q & A for Charter Arts Families
DESCRIPTION:    The Charter Arts Administrative Team will be hosting a 45-minute Q & A session for Charter Arts Families to address any questions regarding the school's  Health and Safety Plan for the 2020-2021 school year on Friday\, August 14th\, at 10:00 am.    Please read through the entire plan before submitting questions as they may already be answered within the plan. Please submit your questions HERE by Thursday\, August 13th at 5 pm.    If you cannot attend the virtual session\, we will post an FAQ on the  website next week for further reference.    LOG IN LINK for Google Meet Session:          meet.google.com/ros-garp-rkt    ** Only Charter Arts Families will have access to the session.  Unrecognized names or email addresses will not be granted access.    INSTRUCTIONS for Session:  -After logging in to the session\, participants will be asked to mute their devices and to turn off their cameras in order to allow for better streaming of the session.      The session is designed for parents and guardians.  Any student who attends must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.    Video or Audio Recording of the session is prohibited.    Photographs of the session screen are prohibited.
