SUMMARY:Pop & Jazz Vocal Workshop
DESCRIPTION:ABOUT THE PROGRAM   The Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts Summer Academy is a program of arts enrichment workshops and day camps in art\, music\, dance and theatre.   A participant does not have to be a current student at Charter Arts to attend\, the workshops are open to the community.    There are workshops for middle school students and high school students\, ages 9-16.        Pop & Jazz Vocal Workshop  So you want to perform like a Pop Star or Jazz Singer? This program is designed to give vocal students a major edge in all aspects of performing in front of an audience. Each student will develop their music skills through coaching and ensemble work. Participants will create a show to be performed at Musikfest on August 12.  Open to teens entering 8th-12th grade  Two Week Session: July 6-10 AND July 13-17  REGISTRATION STILL OPEN  9:30am-12:00pm daily  $325  Instructor: Brown    Download a registration form from the Summer Academy page at www.CharterArts.org.
