Back-to-School Night Schedule:
September 14, 2022 at 6 PM
PARENTS/GUARDIANS: Please come to the Columbia Street entrance.
9/10th grade parent/guardian schedule:
6:00 – 6:25 pm Administrative assembly in Theatre
6:30 – 6:55 pm Walk the school, see the building, meet your child’s core teachers*, visit stations in Commons
7:00 – 7:25 pm Artistic department presentations
11/12th grade parent/guardian schedule:
6:00 – 6:25 pm Artistic department presentations
6:30 – 6:55 pm Administrative assembly in Theatre
7:00 – 7:25 pm Walk the school, see the building, meet your child’s core teachers*, visit stations in Commons
OUR PROGRAM ENDS AT 7:30 PM
*This time is not reserved for individual conferences with teachers. If you would like to talk with a teacher specifically about your child, please email them to set up a meeting as necessary.
ENTRANCE & PARKING: Please use the Columbia Street entrance. Since staff will be present at the event, unfortunately the Charter Arts lot will not be available for families to park, however there is metered parking on 3rd Street, a BPA metered lot next to Southside 313 and some community parking around the school (Please read signs carefully).
“UNDERSTANDING TITLE I” Family Engagement Session:
Parents and guardians are also invited to attend this Family Engagement session which begins at 5:30 PM. If you are planning to attend this session, please plan to arrive by 5:20 PM so that everyone can check in and the session can begin on time.
