Miss Kelsch is very excited to join the Biology department at Charter Arts after graduating from Kutztown University in May of 2018. While Miss Kelsch has a great love for biology, she also has a diverse knowledge and appreciation of fine arts and began her undergraduate degree as a Fine Arts/Art Education Major.

After switching to Biology her junior year, Miss Kelsch immersed herself in the world of science engaging in field work at Chincoteague Bay Field Station, and interning, and eventually working, at the Lehigh Valley Zoo in the conservation education department. Miss Kelsch is PA-certified in Secondary Education (7-12) Biology and will be teaching Keystone Biology Workshop, Environmental Science, and Biology.

Miss Kelsch enjoys hiking, traveling, drawing, painting, singing along to show tunes, and cuddling with her cat Chester while binge watching Netflix. She is looking forward to working with such a diverse staff and student body and can’t wait to meet her students for the upcoming school year.
