Magna Rosa Bardales is originally from Perú. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work and MA degree in Spanish Language and Culture from Salamanca-Spain. Magna completed her studies at the Nacional Federico Villarreal University (Lima, Peru), Kean University (New Jersey), and Salamanca University (Spain). Magna also obtained her certification to teach AP Spanish through Penn State University
Before coming to Charter Arts, Magna worked at the Hamilton Middle School in Elizabeth, NJ.(2001-2006) as a Spanish Teacher, and she taught classes at Northampton Community College(2008-2009). She went to Mexico(Puerto Vallarta) with her students of Spanish Club. Her training and experience have shown her that enthusiasm is the characteristic which best defines an effective foreign language teacher. She pursues her hobby of making crafts. Magna loves being a part of the Charter Arts family.
She understands that every child has strengths and weaknesses in the learning process. Therefore, she is committed to have differentiated instruction in her class with a variety of opportunities for her students’ to achieve their goals. Nevertheless, learning a language involves repetition, constant work, through recreational actions.
