Get to Know the Charter Arts Foundation- Virtual Event

You are invited to learn more about the important work of the Charter Arts Foundation at this 30-minute virtual session. It will also be a great opportunity to meet other Charter Arts parents,meet Foundation board members, and learn how you can lend your support.

The Charter Arts Foundation is the non-profit corporation that was established in 2012 to support the welfare and educational interests of the Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts (Charter Arts). The board of directors includes business leaders, community members, alumni and parents of Charter Arts students.  The Foundation’s first task was a giant undertaking; it began a $6 million capital campaign to develop and construct Charter Arts’ current school facility in Bethlehem’s Southside Arts District which opened its doors in 2015. The school had previously been housed in a restored factory building for 12 years that did not serve its needs and growing enrollment.

The Foundation continues to support underfunded school needs through fundraising efforts such as its annual Gala of Dreams.  Its Giving Circle has also contributed more than $100K for needs such as the Charter Arts Commons Café Kitchen, the Mural Project, the school’s master class program, and more!
