Dr. Christina Lincoln

Dr. Lincoln joined Charter Arts in July 2023 as Executive Director and CEO. Her post secondary education began at Penn State University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education followed by a Masters of Education from East Stroudsburg University and doctoral work leading to her Ed. D in Curriculum, Teaching, Learning and Leadership from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.

Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Penn State University and her master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Lehigh University, where she is also currently pursuing her doctorate in Educational Leadership. Since joining Charter Arts in 2012, Jennifer has been dedicated to fostering an environment where students are challenged academically, nurtured artistically, and supported as individuals. She believes deeply in the power of the arts to inspire confidence, creativity, and resilience, and is committed to ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive and succeed both in and out of the classroom.

Jessica Diana

Jessica is excited to return to Charter Arts for her sixth academic year. This year is Jessica’s third year as assistant principal; prior to administration, Jessica served as a special education teacher and case manager. Jessica specializes in student support services, specifically overseeing our special education and school counseling departments. Additionally, she is the School Safety Coordinator and administrative representative of the SAP team. Jessica’s favorite part of her job is finding new and innovative ways to support students and build community relationships. Jessica’s true passion is student advocacy and the never-ending pursuit of honing in on her leadership skills.

Cyndi Evans

Cyndi Evans earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a minor in Secondary Education from Penn State University and her Master of Science degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Scranton. She completed her administrative leadership coursework through Delaware Valley University. Before becoming an administrator, Cyndi taught mathematics for 21 years, fostering a love of learning and problem-solving in her students. At Charter Arts, she is dedicated to creating a supportive, engaging, and academically rigorous environment where every student can grow both intellectually and creatively.

Jess Strassburg
Student Accountability Coordinator

Jess Strassburg serves as the Accountability Coordinator and provides administrative support to the Assistant Principals at Charter Arts. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wagner College, where she studied Theatre Design, Technology, and Management, with a minor in Art. Prior to joining Charter Arts, Jess spent six years as the District Registrar for Branford Public Schools in Connecticut and served for ten years as the Technical Director for the Performing Arts Department at Branford High School.
