Mr. Mensher has a Bachelor’s degree in English from York College of Pennsylvania, and a Master’s Degree in Education from Kutztown University, where he became a member of the Graduate Honor Society and delivered KU’s Commencement Speech.
He was the Program Coordinator of Northampton Community College’s CCI Program, which is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State. The program welcomes college students from other countries to study in the United States for one year, developing leadership capabilities, professional skills, and English language proficiency. Mr. Mensher created an American Culture course for students from twelve different countries – introducing them to films, musicians, and poets – and taking them on educational trips to baseball games, the beach, and New York City’s Lower East Side. He counts it as one of his most remarkable life experiences.
