This event is part of Charter Arts’ Adult Enrichment Workshop Series, a program or arts enrichment that is open to the community.  The program operates as a fundraiser.  All proceeds benefit the school.

Learn valuable tips about writing, publishing, and navigating today’s music industry from a top songwriter and producer with over 20 U.S. Top 40 Pop Hits as well as numerous worldwide smashes including Panic! at the Disco’s worldwide #1 “High Hopes”.

Sam Hollander is an American songwriter and record producer. He has written and/or produced hits for the likes of Fitz and the Tantrums, Panic! at the Disco, Train, Weezer, One Direction, Gym Class Heroes, Good Charlotte, Carole King, Pentatonix, Daughtry, Neon Trees, Boys Like Girls, All Time Low, Tom Jones, Ringo Starr, and many more!!

Hollander was previously named Rolling Stone Hot List Producer of the Year, alongside Dave “Sluggo” Katz, he served as Governor of the New York Chapter of The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (The GRAMMYs) from 2011-2013 and he currently serves on the LA Advisory Board for Musicians On Call.  In 2012, he was the Music Producer for the NBC-TV show, Smash. In 2019 he was #1 on the Billboard Rock Songwriters chart for nine weeks.
