Laura Abell graduated from Millersville University with a B.A. in social work and is in the process of obtaining her masters of social work. She is very excited to kick off her career at Charter Arts!
As a social worker, Ms. Abell continues to advocate in the community, state and nationally for social justice by creating and joining walks, attending rallies, contacting senators about hot button issues and being a leader on human rights issues as a whole. At Charter Arts, Ms. Abell holds an open door to all who need someone to talk to, are in a tough spot, or just do not know what to do, including students and staff. She is here to help create a warm welcoming environment in the counseling department and across the school.
